1. Overview

2. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us within this 30-day period.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if opened or used).

6. Shipping Returns

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Refunds

8. Exchanges
