2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping methods to best suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and start after the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days. (Availability and cost depend on location).

Delivery estimates do not include processing time. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer competitive rates and special promotions.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD.
  • For orders under $50.00 USD, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

4. International Shipping

klyper.top is proud to offer international shipping to a selection of countries, including the United States (US) and the European Union (EU). Please note the following regarding international orders:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Thielke Can is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery for international orders is typically 7-20 business days, but can sometimes take longer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey to your doorstep.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
